The beach area is great to walk to shops or take a casual bike ride. Navarre Beach is located centrally between Pensacola and Destin Florida along side the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Pensacola and Destin are each are both about thirty minutes by car and offers a change of pace to all that Navarre has to offer.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit offers nearly 1,800 sq ft of beautifully renovated space and panoramic floor-to-ceiling views that stretch across the sparkling emerald green waters of the Gulf and Navarre Beach.
This coastal gem has been lovingly updated from top to bottom with handpicked finishes and thoughtful details. The open-concept kitchen and living area is breathtaking, featuring stunning solid surface countertops, a custom tile backsplash, and a fully stocked kitchen. The cozy living area invites you to kick back and relax while taking in the endless Gulf views.
Coastal Bedrooms Designed for Comfort
The master suite is a dreamy escape with a King Size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf and its own balcony access, a Smart TV, and a newly renovated bathroom featuring a jetted tub that feels like a personal spa.
The second bedroom features a king bed that is spacious and perfect for friends, a second couple, or a family with modern decor and a Smart TV.

The third bedroom features two comfy queen beds, perfect for the kids or extended family. It's set to the back of the main living area offering a nice retreat with a Smart TV.
The Living Room area features a large screen Smart TV, plenty of seating, endless views, and a queen-size sleeper-sofa. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather after a day on the beach.
Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a drip and Keurig coffee maker and french-door refrigerator/freezer with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. (Publix is 2.9 miles away) The dining area features an 8-person dining table—perfect for family dinners. The adjacent kitchen island with 3 bar stools makes for a great breakfast bar!
Three Parking Passes are provided upon arrival.
Family Fun & Extra Perks
Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise on the balcony or watching the sun melt into the Gulf at dusk, you'll never miss a moment thanks to the stunning views.. The unit includes Platinum Beach Service seasonally, March through October (two beach chairs, table, and an umbrella, along with daily one-hour use of a kayak or paddle board from the onsite beach service). The in-unit full-size washer/dryer is located in the queen bedroom linen closet.

Pool and two Hot Tuns (one oversized)
The pool is heated to 83°F Thanksgiving week and for the Holidays - Dec 15 through the first weekend in January. For Spring Break the pool is heated the first weekend in March through Mid April.
The small hot tub is heated to 103°F year-round.
The large hot tub is heated to 103°F and follows the same schedule as the pool. Heated for Thanksgiving week and for the Holidays - Dec 15 through the first weekend in January. For Spring Break the large hot tub is heated the first weekend in March through Mid April.

Wonderful Stay! Our family had the best week at Lil Nauti. It was centrally located; it had perfect views of the ocean and pier; the unit was light, bright and updated; it had great amenities like the heated pool, hot tubs, outdoor showers, and platinum beach service. Our children (all under 8 years old) had a blast. We hated to leave. We would love to come and stay again!

Beautiful, clean, amazing location. Wow, our first time to Navarre Beach and it was absolutely amazing! We got to stay for 2 weeks, soaking in the sunshine, playing in the sand and making memories as a family. Keith and Donna’s place was the perfect place to spend such a relaxing and amazing time! It is beautifully designed, bright, clean and thoughtfully laid out. The kitchen is very well stocked, which we so appreciated as a family who cooks everything from scratch. They were very responsive and accommodating too! Being right there on the beach with the view of the white sand and the ocean was another huge plus, as well as getting to see the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony!!! We would totally recommend their place and hope to be back again in the future. Thank you Keith and Donna!

I can’t begin to tell you how much we needed a get away and even though the weather was cool, the view was amazing! The location is close and convenient to returning to civilization if you needed, but a world away once you return to the beach. We are already planning a return trip and making this place our Thanksgiving tradition.

Great unit and amazing views! We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the owners were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. The property offers beautiful views that made our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful visit with family. We enjoyed our time on the beach, and were able to take a day trip to Pensacola. The condo was fully updated and had spectacular views. We will definitely be back.
