The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a drip and Keurig coffee maker and french-door refrigerator/freezer with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. (Publix is 2.9 miles away) The dining area features an 8-person dining table—perfect for family dinners. The adjacent kitchen island with 3 bar stools makes for a great breakfast bar!

Family Fun & Extra Perks
Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise on the balcony or watching the sun melt into the Gulf at dusk, you'll never miss a moment thanks to the stunning views.. The unit includes Platinum Beach Service seasonally, March through October (two beach chairs, table, and an umbrella, along with daily one-hour use of a kayak or paddle board from the onsite beach service). The in-unit full-size washer/dryer is located in the queen bedroom linen closet.

Pool & two hot tubs (one oversized) The pool is heated to 83°F Thanksgiving week and for the Holidays - Dec 15 through the first weekend in January. The small hot tub is heated to 103°F year-round. The large hot tub is heated to 103 and follows the same schedule as the pool. The large hot tub is also heated for Spring Break, starting in mid-March through mid-April.
